PTFE Coated Kevlar Mesh Conveyor Belt is produced by super-wide dipping machine. It is made from high performance Kevlar fabric as the base cloth and then fully be dipped by the good-qualified PTFE resin. The thickness includes 1.0mm and 1.2mm. It is yellow and 4*4mm in mesh size. Its maximum width is 4 meters. According with the difference of the base cloth, it can be sorted into two kinds: one is called Half Kevlar mesh belt and the other one called Pure Kevlar mesh belt.
 
PTFE Coated Kevlar Mesh Conveyor Belt not only possesses the characteristics of high temperature resistance, non-adhesive and good permeability, but also has a longer lifetime as the Kevlar tread enhances the belt a lot.

The overlapping method consists of the way to be overlapped by the black film, red film, white film and PTFE fiberlgass fabric. And the joint method mainly includes Kevlar bull-nose joint, wall joint and steel buckle joint.
